You believe in true love

and you are marrying your best friend. You want to spend your wedding day in a beautiful setting with your closest friends and family. You understand great design, and appreciate the art of photography. You're not big into posing, but you want to look awesome in your images. You want your wedding day to be captured effortlessly with one of a kind imagery that will tell the story of your love, forever.

Hi, my name is Emily Sacco

and you could say I'm a little different than the other wedding photographers. I prefer to be barefoot, I love spending time in nature, and I believe sunshine is the best remedy. I am learning how to play the Native American wooden flute, and I love to cook nourishing meals.

I've been a photographer all my life, and a professional wedding photographer for 6+ years. I love what I do! Wedding photography is my perfect art because it pairs together people, love, and creativity.

Above all else, I am an artist and I see the world differently.

More about Emily

In the spring of 2017 my husband and I decided we needed a change. We purged our unneeded belongings, purchased a converted camper van, and decided to live a freer life. We now cook outside on a campfire, sleep under the stars, and travel often to beautiful places. I don't think we will live nomatically forever, but for right now, it's perfect.

This minimalist approach to living has greatly influenced my creative spirit, and has forced me to realize what I really need in my life and what is closest to my heart. Every morning I wake up rested, peaceful, and ready to practice my craft.

If you are feeling connected to my work, please contact me below. I photograph a very limited number of weddings each season, and I am passport ready.

Thank you for visiting me online and I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Emily Sacco Photography operates as a green business.

FAQ

What are you inspired by?

Mostly the natural world. I spend a large amount of my time outdoors in nature observing the elements and really being a part of it all. I'm also deeply inspired by the love I share with my husband. We have such a wonderful relationship and I think about how I'd want my own love preserved while photographing other couples.

What's your style?

My style is the perfect blend of editorial (styled + posed) and documentary (in the moment, as things are) photography. A wedding day is filled with all different subjects: dress, rings, ceremony, portraiture, reception, etc. I believe different styles are required in order to best preserve all the different subjects. I would describe my overall style as lighthearted and carefree. I like to give direction when it's needed, and I like to fade into the background when I can. My goal is to produce beautiful, honest, magazine-quality work of all the different parts of your wedding day.

What's the deal with posing?

I photograph all portraiture with a lighthearted and carefree approach. My goal is to make you feel comfortable with my words and then fade into the background when my guidance is no longer needed. Some couples need more help than others.

How will my photos be delivered to me?

Your photos will be delivered to you in an online downloadable gallery called PASS. You'll get a unique link emailed to you and you will be able to share the gallery with who ever you'd like! Passwords are optional.

How many photos will I receive?

The amount of images will be determined by your guest count and how many details you have. Typically I deliver 500-1000 photographs.
